Job Description: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in highly complex logistics operations (warehousing, dispatch, fulfillment, or e-commerce); * Proficiency in operational KPIs (WLT, OTD, IOW, Aging, Backlog, CPO); * Analytical capability for root cause diagnosis, data interpretation, and development of action plans; * Ability to lead management rituals (daily meetings, SLA review meetings, performance forums); * Experience in preparing executive presentations and communicating results; * Knowledge of logistics management tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA); * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Monitor daily operations at distribution centers (IDL and DHL), ensuring SLA compliance and execution of operational priorities; * Monitor and manage aging across all fronts (Flash, UDC, LIQ, ODP) and overall operational backlog; * Lead daily meetings and ensure operational alignment with targets and capacity; * Coordinate performance review forums with logistics providers, ensuring alignment on priorities, action plans, and course corrections; * Conduct analyses of critical KPIs such as Warehouse Lead Time (WLT), OTD, IOW, Gauss, aging penalties, and area-specific productivity; * Act as owner of critical operational topics, identifying root causes, engaging relevant stakeholders, and driving resolution to completion; * Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to reduce inefficiencies and waste in operational workflows; * Prepare executive presentations summarizing results and post-campaign analyses, consolidating learnings and opportunities for advancement; * Ensure control and accuracy of billing and dispatch processes, minimizing risks of failures or unshipped orders; * Support the Logistics Coordinator in conducting performance meetings (pulse checks, post-campaign reviews, aging governance, etc.); * Collaborate cross-functionally with partner areas (Planning, Commercial, Transportation, Finance) to ensure operational decisions reflect the integrated logistics plan. 2512060202191907291
