The professional will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and submitting warranty processes; analyzing payments and credits; managing performance indicators; preventing chargebacks; and supporting audits. Additionally, they will control recall campaigns, organize and dispatch warranty parts, provide technical bulletins to the after-sales team, and drive continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance and service quality.
