Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced English * Advanced Excel - Power BI is considered a plus; * Knowledge of regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry * Proven experience in logistics operations within the pharmaceutical industry, especially in managing Distribution Centers and relationships with logistics operators (3PL). * Experience with audits and regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP, RDCs, sanitary regulations) * Understanding of the business model of the pharmaceutical industry or similar; * Experience using SAP (mandatory), WMS and TMS systems, ERP logistics modules, or similar systems. * Knowledge of BI tools; * Coordinate Logistics Operations activities: act as a facilitator between the company and logistics operators and carriers, ensuring CD operations run accurately and efficiently. * Plan, coordinate, and control all activities of the logistics operator (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, transportation, distribution), focusing on efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. * Manage the end-to-end supply chain to ensure availability of raw materials, inputs, and finished products. * Develop and monitor logistics KPIs (service level, inventory accuracy, cycle time, transportation cost, among others). * Optimize logistics processes through continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping). * Coordinate operational teams: supervisors, analysts, assistants: assist in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development. * Ensure logistics processes comply with regulatory good practices (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices / GDP - Good Distribution Practices, etc.) and audit requirements from health authorities. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards (Anvisa regulations, traceability requirements, temperature and expiration controls). * Participate in continuous improvement and process digitization projects, internal and external audits, ensuring logistics operations are documented, standardized, and auditable. * Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), TMS, or ERP logistics modules, promoting integration, automation, and traceability. * Prepare logistics budgets and monitor operational costs, proposing improvements and cost reduction plans. * Collaborate with other departments (quality, sales, finance, planning, and customer service) to align demand, inventory, and logistics capacity. * Manage projects for expansion, layout changes, integration of new logistics units, flow improvements, or implementation of new technologies; * Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal/external customers, aiming for SLA service levels and fulfillment of special demands. 2510250202201831584
