We are seeking an **Administrative Analyst** with an organized, analytical profile, capable of connecting operations with finance and sales, ensuring smoothness and control across company processes. **Main responsibilities** * Support the **administrative management of e-commerce**, ensuring smooth daily operations between departments (registration, finance, shipping, and purchasing). * Control and organize **administrative and financial reports** (sales spreadsheets, expenses, costs, and marketplace performance). * Monitor and verify **invoices, payments, orders, and marketplace payouts**. * Perform **data entries in management systems (ERP/Tiny, Bling, etc.)** and keep databases updated. * Assist management in **analyzing metrics and results**, preparing managerial reports. * Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams in executing campaigns, promotions, and sales routines. * Monitor contracts, collections, and controls for suppliers and service providers. * Support **importation and inventory control processes**, working together with the financial and logistics departments. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in administrative routines, preferably in **e-commerce companies**. * Proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** and familiarity with management systems (Tiny, Bling, ERP, or similar). * Proactive, organized, analytical profile with excellent communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize demands. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with **marketplaces and performance reporting (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, etc.)**. * Basic knowledge of **accounting, pricing, and cost control**. * Experience in **companies dealing with imports or holding their own inventory**.
