Learning opportunities The Apprentice Youth will assist with administrative and operational routines at the truck dealership, contributing to the organization of internal processes and ensuring quality service for both internal and external customers. This position aims to promote the apprentice's professional, technical, and behavioral development in accordance with the apprenticeship program. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support administrative tasks within the department (filing, document organization, and internal controls); * Assist with telephone and in-person customer service as needed; * Support data entry and verification in systems; * Assist with controlling service orders, invoices, spreadsheets, and simple reports; * Support the workshop, parts, sales, or after-sales departments as required; * Maintain workplace organization; * Complete theoretical and practical activities stipulated in the apprenticeship program. **Requirements:** * Age between 17 and 22 years old; * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Good communication, organizational skills, and willingness to learn; * Availability for a work schedule compatible with the apprenticeship program. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Teamwork; * Punctuality and organization. **Benefits:** * Salary aligned with the Apprentice Youth program; * Transportation allowance; * Opportunities for learning and professional development.
