Focus on professional development and teamwork **SYDEL STAR SISTEMAS ELETRÔNICOS LTDA.** **JOB OPENING: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT – MACAÉ/RJ** **Responsibilities:** * Support technicians in installation, maintenance, and support activities for CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, security alarms, intercom systems, sound reinforcement systems, and other related systems; * Assist with cable routing, infrastructure assembly, and equipment mounting; * Perform basic tests and inspections under supervision of the responsible technician; * Organize tools, materials, and work equipment; * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the worksite. **Requirements:** * Technical education (completed or in progress) in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electronics**; * Prior experience supporting electronic or electrical system installations and maintenance is desirable; * A valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is a plus; * Willingness to learn and follow instructions; * Ability to work effectively in a team and interact professionally with clients; * Availability to work overtime and on-call shifts as required. **Desired Courses and Certifications:** * NR06 (Personal Protective Equipment) * NR10 (Electrical Installation Safety) * NR35 (Working at Heights) * PTA (Platform) **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; * Committed and responsible when performing field tasks. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal voucher / Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Amil Health and Dental Plan (effective after probationary period); * Internal training programs and learning and growth opportunities; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
