Role Summary:
CHC Brazil is seeking a JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST in Cabo Frio.
This professional will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are recorded and handled in accordance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process, record, track, and approve Aeronautical Fees via spreadsheets and populate the system with CHC flight schedules as well as DECEA and INFRAERO reports.
* Assist in preparing and periodically submitting spreadsheets and dashboards on flight punctuality, flight hours, availability/unavailability, passengers (PAX), and other metrics.
* Receive, organize, and verify all documentation under the department’s responsibility.
* Assist in analyzing databases across all systems to identify inconsistencies.
* Create and support Flight Coordination, Customer Service & Ramp, and CCO teams regarding spreadsheets, reports, and statistics.
* Handle customer interruptions and complaints.
* Analyze and monitor customer contracts and all related documentation to ensure compliance and report commercial opportunities to the sales team.
* Verify, analyze, and seek approval for service-related invoices and bank slips.
Qualifications, Skills \& Attributes:
* Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
* Analytical mindset.
* Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Aviation domain knowledge is desirable.
* Experience in data analysis is desirable.
