




Job Summary: Pharmacist responsible for inventory management, regulatory compliance, technical support, and logistics supervision at a pharmaceutical distribution company, ensuring quality and safety throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain. The company strictly adheres to ANVISA regulations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the entire pharmaceutical logistics chain. Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ?? Main Responsibilities: Inventory Management Monitor receipt, storage, and expiration dates of medications (including temperature-sensitive and controlled substances); Classify products according to RDC 430/2020 (Good Distribution Practices - GDP); Regulatory and Documentation Compliance Issue Receipt Notifications (RN); Review fiscal and sanitary documentation; Ensure compliance with current legislation (ANVISA, Health Surveillance, and Ordinance 344/98); Customer Service and Technical Support Provide technical guidance to customers (hospitals and pharmacies) regarding medications, drug interactions, and storage conditions; Participate in public tender processes by preparing technical documentation; Logistics and Quality Supervise transportation (thermal conditions, traceability); Address and resolve non-conformities; Implement and review Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ISO standards where applicable; Reporting and Audits Prepare for and accompany internal and external audits; Analyze operational indicators (returns, losses, breakages, etc.) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration; Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry settings; Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate-level Excel skills; Assertive communication and mediation skills; Organizational ability and systemic vision; Process and team management experience; Proactive approach to implementing improvements and training; Up-to-date knowledge of sanitary legislation (RDC 304/2019, RDC 430/2020, Ordinance 344/98, and Law 5.991/1973); Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Hospital Pharmacy, Logistics, Quality Management, or Healthcare Management; Experience handling medications and hospital supplies.
