




Job Summary: Experienced professional to manage and optimize vehicle and equipment fleets, ensuring operational availability and safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control. Proficiency in fleet management and telematics software. #### **Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for light and heavy vehicles and equipment fleets, ensuring operational availability and safety. * Implement and manage vehicle telematics and tracking systems, analyzing data to optimize routes, fuel consumption, and driver behavior. * Control and optimize fleet-related costs—including fuel, maintenance, tires, tolls, and insurance—through performance reports and KPIs. * Ensure fleet compliance with safety, environmental, and traffic regulations (ANTT, CONTRAN), maintaining up-to-date vehicle and driver documentation. * Manage inventory of parts and components, establishing minimum and maximum stock levels and negotiating with suppliers to ensure supply and favorable commercial terms. * Develop and implement training programs for drivers and operators, focusing on defensive driving, fuel economy, and proper equipment usage. * Prepare managerial reports on fleet performance, identifying trends, proposing improvements, and presenting results to senior management. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in managing large vehicle and equipment fleets, preferably in logistics, transportation, or agribusiness sectors. * Advanced technical knowledge of automotive and diesel mechanics, including systems of light and heavy vehicles and agricultural/industrial machinery. * Proficiency in fleet management software (ERP, TMS) and vehicle telematics/tracking systems. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category D or E, with experience operating heavy vehicles. * In-depth knowledge of Brazilian traffic legislation, ANTT regulations, and sector-specific transportation regulations. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience managing operational and maintenance teams. #### **Skills** * Vehicle Maintenance Management * Telematics/Tracking Systems * Cost Control (Fleet) * Traffic Legislation (ANTT) * Advanced MS Excel * Supplier Negotiation * Operational Data Analysis * Preventive/Corrective Maintenance * Tire Management ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Plan, Dental Plan, TotalPass ### **Department:** Administrative
