Involves real e-commerce operations and end-to-end logistics management Collum (Fazenda CINCO LTDA) is hiring an E-commerce Logistics Analyst for on-site work in São Fidélis/RJ. We are an agro-industrial company specializing in the production of powdered bovine colostrum, registered with MAPA, and already operating an e-commerce business using Shopify + Tiny ERP. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Operate Tiny ERP: orders, inventory, billing, invoices (NF), shipping, and tracking - Ensure Shopify and Tiny synchronization (orders, inventory, status) - Manage physical and digital inventory; verify batches and expiration dates - Pick, pack, and label orders when required - Schedule pickups, negotiate freight rates, and monitor deliveries - Handle returns, exchanges, damages, and lost shipments - Generate reports: shipping time, freight cost, incidents - Maintain an organized warehouse MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: - Hands-on experience with Tiny ERP (Olist) - Experience in real e-commerce operations - Practical experience in shipping operations (picking, packing, labeling, dispatching) - Availability for on-site work in São Fidélis/RJ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Shopify (orders and fulfillment) - Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) - Negotiation with logistics carriers - Marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee) - Driver's License Category B WHAT WE OFFER: - CLT employment: R$ 3.500,00 monthly salary - Meal allowance: R$ 1.000,00/month - On-farm meals provided - Transportation support - Growing family-owned company with a lean team and real growth opportunities PROFILE WE SEEK: A solution-oriented individual who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for instructions.
