




Job Summary: Bakery professional responsible for dough production and shaping, oven operation, quality and hygiene control, as well as teamwork collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Partner company that values employee feedback **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce dough for snacks (e.g., meat rolls), knee-shaped pastries, savory pies, and other products; prepare fillings such as chicken, cheese, ham, calabresa sausage, among others. * Shape, cut, and portion dough according to bakery standards. * Operate and monitor ovens and other department equipment; ensure correct fermentation timing for products. * Maintain product quality and consistency. * Clean and organize tools, equipment, and the workplace. * Monitor inventory levels of department supplies and report replenishment needs. * Assist in developing new products and testing recipes. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., confectionery, customer service, production). **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma completed * Knowledge and experience in bakery operations—specifically in production—is a plus. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** * Easygoing individual who enjoys and is willing to work and learn. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch) * No work on Sundays **COMPENSATION** * SALARY: R$2\.179,26 **BENEFITS** * Breakfast/afternoon snack at the company * Atendcard benefits program * 10% discount on purchases at the bakery * Discounts at SESI club. **ABOUT THE COMPANY** Our team is united and collaborative; employees often become friends.
