RH Open is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and people management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and, when necessary, cover accounting/financial team tasks. Analyze and prepare reports. Develop presentations and projects aimed at the strategic development of the accounting area. Monitor all tax and accounting matters, as well as municipal, state, and federal regulations and legislation. Calculate, reconcile, and analyze taxes, providing required information to relevant authorities through preparation and submission of ancillary obligations. Supervise audit activities. Prepare financial statements and explanatory notes at the end of each accounting period. Assume responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings within defined deadlines. Previous experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accounting Analyst, or Financial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
