Description: Completed or nearly completed Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Specialization courses or MBA are desirable. Mandatory Technical Knowledge: NR 10: Electrical Safety NR 20: Flammable Liquids NR 33: Confined Spaces NR 35: Working at Heights Food Safety (HACCP) Good Manufacturing Practices Desirable Technical Knowledge: Halal product knowledge Quality awareness based on 5S principles NR 25: Industrial Waste * Supervise the work team by assigning tasks, monitoring the progress of preventive and corrective maintenance services, and maintenance shutdowns, maintaining records of activities according to established goals and deadlines, updating maintenance schedules whenever necessary, as well as managing expense allocation and controls. * Assign, guide and supervise building maintenance services, including repair and construction of minor masonry works, based on projects, sketches or drawings: requesting necessary resources, monitoring work execution, evaluating and releasing for use. * Assign, guide and supervise boiler operation services to supply steam and thermal energy required for the production process. * Assist in assessing needs for projects and solutions aimed at improving the performance of critical equipment, increasing reliability through failure analysis. Monitor replacement of assets at end of life cycle or with chronic failures, according to schedule, to prevent production disruptions. * Assist in defining technical specifications for materials, equipment and services, as well as detailed budgets related to construction, maintenance, installations, renovations and facility expansions. * Supervise technical maintenance services performed by third parties, providing them with necessary safety and quality rules and information, guiding them on equipment specifics, ensuring compliance with agreed services, verifying that contracted services are properly executed, and overseeing service delivery by contracted companies. * Submit purchase requests for materials required for maintenance services according to schedule or immediate needs, supervise execution of contracted services, receive suppliers and service providers for work quotations, and forward them to the Coordinator for review. * Guide, supervise and ensure proper organization and maintenance of project files, technical documentation and company blueprints. * Support coordination in meetings with other departments to analyze results, action plans, resource requirements and support, technical assistance, new projects, budget preparation, etc., aiming to achieve better results within their area of responsibility, as well as manage area resources and supervise the work team. * Assist in preparing maintenance scheduling for machines and equipment (shutdowns) to ensure effective service delivery with minimal disruption to the production process, evaluating equipment performance from the previous period and considering recommendations in Maintenance Manuals. * Assist coordination in projects involving acquisition and installation of new equipment and systems, contributing to defining their characteristics, preparing or interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, researching their applications and compatibility with existing infrastructure, and gathering information to support future maintenance planning and team guidance. * Support the development and preparation of managerial reports to ensure availability of financial data and information on work progress and achieved results, thereby providing adequate support for decision-making analysis and decisions. * Update performance indicators (KPIs) under their responsibility to provide necessary data for monitoring by management. * Contribute to team retention, motivation and development by identifying training and development needs, suggesting promotions, transfers, replacements, etc., as well as conducting performance management and feedback processes in alignment with Human Resources strategic policies. 2511260202401886749
