Knowledge of local tourist services and city attractions Front Desk Agent **Requirements:** Proven experience in **hotel front desk operations** Experience in **guest service, check\-in, and check\-out** Knowledge of **butler and concierge services** Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish for guest communication (intermediate or higher level) Familiarity with major **local tourist services and city attractions** Proficiency in **PMS systems, basic computer skills, computers, and e\-mail** **Desirable Qualifications:** Previous experience in **hotel, pousada, or resort front desk operations** Knowledge of **first aid** Valid driver's license (CNH) Strong **problem-solving skills and ability to manage guest requests** **Responsibilities:** Provide **front desk guest service at the hotel**, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Carry out **check\-in, check\-out, and in-stay guest support processes** Provide information on **hotel services, tours, and local attractions** Support **concierge requests and deliver personalized service** Answer front desk telephone calls, messages, and e\-mails Record guest information, reservations, and transactions in the **PMS system** Maintain organization of the **front desk area and uphold the hotel’s hospitality standards** Assist the team with operational tasks related to guest service **Work Schedule:** Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Lunch break: 1 hour Shift rotation: 12x36 Salary: **R$ 2\.472,98** **Variable Compensation:** This position offers **performance-based variable compensation tied to achievement of internal hotel goals and KPIs**, potentially generating additional income based on individual performance and results defined by the company. **Benefits:** On-site meals Transportation allowance (Vale\-transporte) **Location:** Armação dos Búzios – RJ
