Replace and upgrade components (RAM, HDD/SSD, circuit boards, etc.). **Software Installation and Configuration** Install and configure operating systems and applications. Perform updates and apply security patches. **Technical Support** Provide remote and on-site technical support to users. Resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Handle service requests and ensure user satisfaction. **Network Configuration** Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN). Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
