




**Job Responsibilities** * Provide customer service to end customers and corporate clients via telephone, email, chat, and social media. * Use **CRM** tools to record and track interactions. * Monitor and respond to interactions on digital channels and social media. * Support the swift and empathetic resolution of requests, inquiries, and complaints. * Ensure quality and courtesy in all customer interactions. * Collaborate with other internal departments to integrate solutions. **Mandatory Requirements** * Previous experience in customer service. * Knowledge of CRM systems. * Previous experience in multichannel customer service (voice, email, chat, and social media). * Experience in corporate customer service (B2B). * Availability for in-person work in Barueri/SP.
