Focus on process improvement and automation We are seeking a Tax BPO Manager with strong technical expertise and proven operational management capability to lead a mid- to large-scale client portfolio, ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, and control of tax risks. Responsibilities * Manage the tax operations for a client portfolio, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. * Supervise and review calculations of indirect and direct taxes, such as ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, withholding taxes, and other ancillary obligations. * Ensure accurate submission of SPED, EFD Contributions, and other applicable tax obligations. * Proactively identify tax risks and contingencies, advising clients and the team accordingly. * Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance, fostering technical autonomy and high performance. * Organize priorities, control deadlines, monitor SLAs, and track quality indicators, rework rates, and exposure to penalties. * Participate in client meetings—including executive-level discussions—presenting tax impacts with a business-oriented perspective. * Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within the tax function. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Relevant experience in Tax BPO or coordination of tax operations. * Solid knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations. * Experience in technical review and team management. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility. * Clear, concise, and business-oriented communication skills. * Familiarity with tax systems and data integration.
