This opportunity involves participation in process improvement initiatives, support for implementing management methodologies (e.g., PDCA), data analysis, support in implementing integrated information systems, and assistance in generating performance indicators for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of Information Systems Implementation and Results-Oriented Management Consulting projects, working under the guidance of more experienced consultants; * Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to processes, costs, indicators, and results; * Support process mapping and standardization of routines; * Contribute to preparing management reports, indicators, targets, and deviation tracking; * Support application of the PDCA method in consulting projects; * Participate in client meetings and support leading necessary changes to achieve expected results; * Assist in preparing training materials and conducting internal and client training sessions; * Support scheduling, activity control, and deadline compliance; * Collaborate in identifying improvements and new client requirements. **Areas of Activity:** * Results-Oriented Management Consulting (Routine Management, Revenue Management, Cost Management, Financial Management); * Corporate Strategic Planning; * Corporate Budget Definition and Management; * Process Mapping; * Support for Integrated Management Systems (ERP – MagisTI) Implementation; * Support for Product Cost Closing and Preparation of Management Income Statements (DRE). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Dairy Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (main differentiator for this position); * Knowledge of PDCA; * Data analysis and information organization skills; * Ability to follow standardized processes; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Organization, planning, and good interpersonal skills; * Willingness to travel. * Driver’s License Category B Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$3.185,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance
