Key responsibilities include: * Organizing documents and files; * Assisting with spreadsheet and report management; * Answering phone calls and directing incoming calls; * Supporting the preparation of internal meetings and events; * Receiving and directing visitors; * Collaborating on daily tasks within the assigned department; * Participating in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company; * Assisting with internal and external company communications; * Performing other related tasks as needed and per supervisor guidance.
