Support to members and fraud prevention **Responsibilities and Duties** **The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for cashier service.** * Perform cashier operational routines, including monitoring balances of electronic terminals; * Identify business opportunities during customer interactions and refer them to Business Managers or appropriate channels, contributing to the growth of the membership base and improving branch results; * Support members in using available products, services, and technologies, promoting autonomy and conscious use of solutions offered by the Cooperative; * Encourage the use of self-service channels and digital solutions, guiding members toward a more agile, secure, and efficient experience; * Prevent and identify potential fraud and money laundering practices, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields related to the role; * Ethics, confidentiality, and responsibility regarding sensitive information; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Residence in Itapema/SC; * Preference for CPA10, CPA20, or CEA certification from ANBIMA https://www.anbima.com.br/. **Additional Information** **Nice to meet you — we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first financial cooperative.
