Job Summary: Dahuer is seeking an Apprentice to assist with user technical support, software installation, and basic IT system tasks in an environment that values respect and sustainability. Apprentice **Department:** Information Technology **Responsibilities:** Assist with user technical support (handling simple tickets); Support ticket handling and prioritization for the IT team; Assist with software and operating system installation and configuration; Provide basic-level support for IT systems such as ERP Protheus, WMS Logsmart, and Sales Portal; Fill out control spreadsheets and documents; Accompany IT technicians during service calls and daily routines. **Requirements:** Must be at least 17 years old. Currently enrolled in or have completed high school. Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (a plus). Introductory courses in computer science, networking, or hardware (a plus). Reside in Camboriú. Interest in the Information Technology field and basic computer knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Office suite, internet). **Compensation:** R$ 995.13 \+ VT (transportation voucher loaded onto bus card) **Working Hours:** Morning shift (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) or afternoon shift (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM) **Address:** Av.
