Job Mission Provide technical and operational support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure. Assist with administrative routines, documentation, and technological process improvements, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and information security. Main Responsibilities Technical and Operational Support Respond to and log technical service requests (hardware, software, and network). Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. Support inventory control of IT equipment, licenses, and accessories. Monitor backup routines, antivirus operations, and information security. System and Registration Management Create and update user, product, customer, and supplier registrations in corporate systems (ERP/VM System).
