The role will primarily involve responding to messages, providing administrative support, and performing support tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the department. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to messages and provide internal support to company departments, clarifying basic questions and directing requests appropriately. * Assist with the finance department’s daily tasks as directed by management. * Organize documents, spreadsheets, and information to maintain an up-to-date workflow. * Support general administrative tasks, such as printing, verification, and filing of materials. * Enter simple information into the financial system when required. * Monitor internal pending items and ensure timely follow-up with requesters.
