We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Distribute tasks among the team, clearly defining their responsibilities and leadership expectations; * Monitor team performance and provide feedback whenever necessary; * Set goals aligned with the company’s strategic plan, meeting established deadlines and standards, and guide the team on execution; * Ensure operational process effectiveness and continuous improvement within your area, encouraging innovation and creativity from the team by fostering open and transparent discussions; * Develop the team by identifying and/or providing necessary training for professional growth; * Participate in the group’s strategic meetings, offering technical support in decision-making regarding engineering-related services such as feasibility studies, planning, estimates, risk analysis, among others; * Monitor project delivery schedules daily, intervening and replanning whenever necessary; * Conduct status report meetings with leadership, peers, and the team whenever required; * Facilitate alignment meetings with designers, service providers, and execution teams whenever new implementations occur or non-conformities arise; * Conduct site visits to plots under study, newly constructed sites under execution, stores scheduled for renovation, and any other locations as needed to ensure a comprehensive diagnosis of technical needs and solutions for engineering projects and their execution; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by management. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Experience with AutoCAD and BIM. * Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager. #### **Benefits:** * Annual bonus; * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance target; * Uniform; * University scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC membership; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Shopping discounts. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Commercial working hours, Monday through Friday. * Fully on-site position based in Itapema/SC
