Serve and guide customers throughout the purchasing process, identifying needs and preferences to deliver a consultative and personalized experience. Present products, conduct negotiations, and execute sales in accordance with company commercial policies and service standards. Support, monitor, and guide the sales team in executing all stages of the commercial process. Contribute to improving performance indicators such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and items per transaction. Assist in organizing and monitoring daily store operational routines. Perform cash register opening and closing, collections, and monetary reconciliations. Verify amounts, commercial terms, exchanges, and promotional activities, ensuring correct application of prices, discounts, and company policies. Ensure processes are executed accurately, preventing discrepancies and avoiding losses to both customers and the company. Help maintain an organized store aligned with visual standards and prepared to deliver the best possible customer experience.
