Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines of services A construction company is seeking a Construction Master in Itajaí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and outsourced). Monitor service execution in accordance with project plans and established schedules. Ensure compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations (NRs). Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines of executed services. Request and oversee material deliveries at the construction site. Verify measurements and services performed by the team. Support the responsible engineer in overall construction control. Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and discipline. Identify and report non-conformities and site requirements.
