Support report preparation **MISSION** Assist and support procurement department processes, contributing to request organization, information control, and supplier relationship management, ensuring operational agility and support for departmental activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in requesting quotations from suppliers; * Support comparison of proposals (price, delivery time, and terms); * Assist in organizing purchase orders, invoices, and contracts; * Assist in supplier registration and updates; * Support preparation of simple reports and controls; * Assist in addressing internal procurement requests. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
