Join our logistics team as the manager of our logistics center in Navegantes. We prioritize close, human-centered management focused on achieving results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise product receipt, organization, storage, and dispatch at the facility. * Coordinate and guide activities within your area, establish priorities, and monitor task execution. * Conduct people management routines with the team and implement actions to strengthen organizational culture. * Propose staffing levels, obtain approval, and optimize material resources required for facility operations. * Coordinate the full order cycle, from procurement through customer delivery. * Analyze demand data, forecast requirements, and develop logistics strategies. * Plan routes, contract transportation providers, and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance and cost reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration. * Experience as a logistics manager. * Experience with WMS. * *Willingness to spend a period in Lontras.* Preferred Qualifications: * Specialization in logistics. **Additional Information** Join VEDA!
