Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to organize and manage the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in goods receipt, storage, and distribution. Responsibilities: * Delivery planning and route optimization * Order tracking and delivery deadline monitoring * Coordination with freight carriers and logistics suppliers * Inventory control and stock movements (inbound/outbound) * Monitoring of logistics KPIs (on-time performance, cost, efficiency) * Support in freight negotiation and cost optimization * Identification and implementation of improvements in logistics processes Requirements: * Prior experience in logistics or transportation. * Knowledge of route optimization and delivery management * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of urgency * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
