The company is seeking an Import Assistant in Balneário Camboriú. **Responsibilities:** Provide support for customer requests, including registration, payment requests, and after-sales service. Monitor daily updates of import processes to ensure adherence to forecasts, shipments, and deliveries. Track shipment forecasts, dispatches, and deliveries, keeping customers informed. Analyze product inspection photos and reports to assess compliance and discrepancies. Obtain international freight quotations and oversee the entire logistics operation from origin to final destination. Arrange transportation insurance endorsement as required by the process. Verify import documents (Proforma Invoice, LI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin). Monitor the dispatch of original physical documents, ensuring timely submission and accuracy. Assist with general departmental tasks such as spreadsheet entry, form completion, and data updates.
