Our client is a company specializing in management software (ERP), focused on transforming business operations through technology, automation, and data intelligence. Currently in a growth phase, they are seeking a highly commercial, consultative, and results-oriented Sales Consultant to expand their customer portfolio in the region. Í Camboriú/SC 1/4 POSITION PJ \| IN-PERSON Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Prospecting and qualifying new clients via phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, identifying business needs and opportunities. Conducting consultative B2B sales by understanding entrepreneurs’ pain points and positioning the ERP as a strategic solution. Delivering system presentations and demonstrations to generate value and educate clients on the benefits of the technology. Developing and negotiating customized commercial proposals, emphasizing value and return on investment. Managing the sales pipeline in the CRM, maintaining organization, performing consistent follow-ups, and advancing opportunities. Building close relationships with clients, supporting them during initial implementation, and ensuring satisfaction. Participating in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance and achieve or exceed sales targets. What you need to have or know: Requirements: Proven experience in consultative B2B sales Ability to identify client needs and build customized solutions Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP), digital tools, and sales funnels Completed high school education (a college degree is considered a plus) Preferred qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields Experience selling software or technology solutions Additional requirements: Valid driver’s license Personal vehicle (company provides fuel and toll allowances) Schedule and Additional Information: S Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ° Compensation: To be discussed (PJ model with variable pay) Benefits: Fuel and toll allowance Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) Fuel
