IT Analyst

Description

Our client is an institution seeking a professional to work as an IT Analyst, with a focus on support, infrastructure, and systems. This is a position involving strong systemic interaction and participation in the organization's technological evolution, also supporting initiatives in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to employees, ensuring prompt response Handle and resolve IT tickets and incidents; Ensure the proper functioning of computers, network, printers, and telephony; Monitor system stability, acting proactively to prevent failures; Administer and oversee the ERP system in use; Support the implementation and usage of ClickUp; Monitor institutional systems, including the quality management system; Support system integrations and process automation; Manage users, access rights, and permissions; Ensure data backup and protection routines; Support the implementation of LGPD best practices; Monitor network, servers, and remote access; Support the application of IT policies and digital governance; Participate in the institution's technological evolution; Support the deployment of new systems and digital solutions; Suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency; **Projects include:** Institutional chatbot, service automation, hospital mobile app, dashboards and KPIs, intranet, Microsoft Teams implementation **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience in technical support and IT infrastructure; Knowledge of networks, servers, and information security; Experience with ERP systems (healthcare services environment is a plus); **Proficiency in management and collaboration tools (e.g.:** ClickUp, Microsoft Teams); Familiarity with LGPD and data protection best practices; Experience with backup, access control, and system monitoring; Organizational skills and sense of priority; Proactivity and autonomy; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Analytical and solution-oriented profile Interest in innovation and continuous improvement. **Benefits:** Bonuses for achieving targets;⁠ Meals provided at the workplace; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Health insurance; SESC membership. **Work schedule:** 44 weekly hours, to be arranged, including break time **Work location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
