If you seek to work in the Controller's Office with a focus on excellence, organization, and results, this position is perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** * Support in structuring the Controller's Office department * Development and implementation of dashboards in **Power BI** * Organization and analysis of financial data * Support in routines focused on tax and accounting matters * Creation of management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Liaison with the Accounting department for information validation * Other related duties **Required Competencies:** * Solid experience and proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate/advanced level) * Knowledge of **Power BI** * Basic understanding of accounting and/or taxation (a significant advantage) * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields** * Analytical profile, oriented toward numbers and metrics * Proactivity, initiative, and ability to learn quickly **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in accounting or controller’s office roles * Experience building dashboards and automating reports * Hands-on profile **What We Offer:** * Opportunities for growth and training; * Positive and collaborative organizational climate; * Prime location in Balneário Camboriú, SC.
