Job Summary:
An accounting professional responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, document classification, support in preparing trial balances and income statements (DRE), and assistance with ancillary tax obligations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform **accounting journal entries and verifications**.
* Execute **accounting and bank reconciliations**.
* Perform **classification and analysis of accounting documents**.
* Support the **preparation of trial balances, income statements (DRE), and monthly accounting closings**.
* Organize documents and assist with departmental accounting requests.
* Assist with the **submission of annual ancillary tax obligations (ECD and ECF)**.
REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience in the **accounting field**.
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Accounting Sciences**.
* Knowledge of **journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting closing routines**.
* Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility.
* Analytical mindset and commitment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to **work effectively in a team**.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
* Experience in an **accounting firm**.
* Familiarity with **accounting software systems**.
* Interest in or knowledge of **automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven solutions applied to accounting**, particularly in light of the **tax reform**.
**Location:** Itajaí\-SC **Work Model:** On-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break)
