Here, the Young Apprentice may work across various company sectors—including Administration, Production, Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing—and others, depending on the candidate’s profile and interests. Responsibilities: * Support daily routines and tasks within the assigned department; * Assist with controls, recordkeeping, and document organization; * Monitor internal processes and support the team; * Contribute ideas, organization, and collaboration in daily operations; * Participate in training sessions and learning opportunities provided by the company. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Age between 14 and 24 years (per apprenticeship program legislation); * Availability to fulfill the program’s scheduled working hours; * Willingness to learn, grow, and become part of the team.
