Job Summary: Responsible for developing and coordinating the physical-financial planning of construction projects, monitoring progress, and producing reports, while leading the team in results management. Provide technical support and construction site monitoring **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for developing the physical\-financial schedule for investment funds; Responsible for developing the initial construction schedule; Responsible for coordinating periodic monitoring of planning with construction sites; Responsible for coordinating the production of monthly planning monitoring reports for construction projects; Responsible for monthly measurement of construction works; Responsible for preparing the equipment and labor histogram, as well as controlling and monitoring them to assist the construction team; Responsible for developing and updating the internal productivity table; Responsible for producing departmental performance indicators; Responsible for developing and validating physical-financial schedules for submission to investment funds; Responsible for creating and monitoring departmental processes; Support other planning-related activities; Provide technical support to construction sites; Lead the team in results management and delivery. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of cost estimation; Knowledge of planning; Ability to read engineering drawings; Knowledge of construction methods (structural masonry and reinforced concrete); Familiarity with Mega ERP system is desirable.
