It offers high-quality products with innovative design to meet consumer needs. **Responsibilities:** Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the hoist, recording entries in the logbook, identifying and reporting any repair or maintenance requirements to prevent mechanical failures. Operate the rack-and-pinion hoist safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and operational procedures. Transport construction materials, tools, equipment, and other necessary items to various areas of the construction site as instructed by supervisors. Guide laborers on material distribution across slabs and on construction site cleanup. Transport workers—including construction laborers, engineers, architects, and other professionals—safely and promptly between different levels of the construction site. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute transportation according to project requirements. Maintain accurate records of performed activities, including operating hours, quantities of transported materials, and reported incidents. Keep work equipment clean and organized, ensuring proper care to prevent damage.
