You will: * Lead end-to-end implementation projects (kickoff, planning, execution, and go\-live) * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment, transparency, and expectation management * Coordinate collaboration among implementation consultants and internal departments * Structure and evolve project processes, workflows, and governance * Ensure high-quality deliveries, on time, and value-focused * Identify risks, anticipate issues, and proactively propose solutions * Monitor performance metrics (timeliness, quality, adoption, and satisfaction) * Ensure clear and predictable communication throughout the entire project lifecycle * Actively contribute to the evolution of the team by introducing improvements and best practices **What qualifications should you have?** * Experience managing implementation projects * Experience with technology or digital solution projects * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional) * Ability to track KPIs and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with project management tools * **Nice-to-have** * Experience with HR solutions (HCM, time tracking, payroll, benefits) * Experience managing implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders **What we offer** -------------------- * A rapidly growing environment * Genuine autonomy in your role * Direct client interaction and tangible business impact * Accelerated professional development * A collaborative culture grounded in high accountability
