Max Mohr is looking for a dynamic intern to support our technical team at the Indaial unit. If you are organized, enjoy working in a laboratory environment, and wish to learn about quality control in civil construction, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in conducting physical tests on aggregates, cement, concrete, and mortar; * Monitor specimen molding and compression testing; * Collaborate in sample collection at plants or on-site (construction sites); * Support quality control activities and execution of technical routines; * Assist in calibration and organization of laboratory equipment; * Perform technical verification routines for production processes. **Requirements** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in **Civil Engineering** or a Technical program in **Building Construction**; * **Availability:** Expected graduation date of **December 2027 or later**; * Proactive profile, detail-oriented, and eager to learn technical processes; * Reside in Indaial or nearby region. **What We Offer** * Innovative environment with continuous learning; * Hands-on experience with large-scale materials technology; * Real opportunity for growth and permanent employment across various company departments.
