Involved in scheduling planning and monitoring to ensure compliance with processes, deadlines, and quality standards. Manages post\-sales and warranty administrative routines, supports commercial, administrative, and financial departments, keeps senior management informed about operational progress, and ensures clear communication with teams. Also responsible for supplier management, performance indicator tracking, equipment, vehicle, and facility maintenance, as well as promoting continuous improvement, organization, safety, and departmental efficiency. High school diploma required; higher education preferred; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Must have experience piloting speedboats and be comfortable operating tractors; Driver's license category "B" and Amateur Skipper certification; Working hours: Monday to Friday \- commercial hours; Must reside near Balneário Camboriú.
