POWER PLATFORM/POWER APPS DEVELOPER - ERP AND PROCESS AUTOMATION

Job Summary: An IT professional to develop and optimize solutions on the Power Platform, transforming processes and supporting users in an international trade company. Key Highlights: 1. Develop innovative solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate 2. Model data and optimize processes in a dynamic environment 3. Collaborate within an IT team focused on continuous improvement **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "A company operating in the international food trade sector, specializing in exporting seafood, meats — chicken, pork, and beef — and various animal nutrition products." KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand departmental processes and convert them into Power Platform solutions. * Develop Power Apps applications for operations, controls, and internal ERP modules. * Create automations in Power Automate to standardize workflows and reduce manual tasks. * Model data, rules, and structures in Dataverse and SharePoint. * Test, publish, maintain, and enhance production solutions. * Organize documentation, versioning, and technical support for deliverables. * Support end users and pursue continuous improvements in digitized processes. * Teamwork: Collaborate with the existing IT team to address weekly and daily tasks assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:** * Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint * Analysis and interpretation of functional and non-functional requirements * Ability to transform business processes into system solutions * Data modeling * Basic versioning and change organization * Publishing and maintenance of solutions * Clear communication with business areas * Organization, prioritization, and proactivity * Advanced English proficiency **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Internet Systems Technology, or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Salary expectations will be evaluated **BENEFITS:** Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance (R$2\.000,00\), on-site dining facilities, pharmacy benefits, education assistance, and life insurance **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
