Manage and develop suppliers MISSION Coordinate procurement activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company's strategic goals, acting as the link between strategy and execution to guarantee quality, timeliness, and competitiveness. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and implement the procurement and supply strategy; * Coordinate procurement planning based on inventory, production, and demand; * Support leadership and organization of the procurement team; * Lead strategic and complex negotiations; * Manage and develop suppliers, including qualification processes; * Monitor performance indicators (savings, lead time, SLA) and prepare management reports; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and compliance requirements; * Serve as the interface point between Procurement and other internal departments; * Support strategic projects, process optimization, and departmental restructurings. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Management, Supply Chain, or Projects; * Experience in procurement, including team management and strategic negotiations; * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, contracts, ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools (preferred).
