We offer customized solutions for optimizing processes and developing talent. **Responsibilities:** Execute end-to-end import processes, including document analysis and verification of LI, DI, DUIMP, and other records on the Siscomex portal. Monitor and control customs clearance with customs brokers, approving agencies (MAPA, Anvisa, Federal Revenue, etc.), and other involved parties. Verify and validate import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, etc.). Monitor cargo follow\-up, lead time deadlines, shipment and arrival status, ensuring compliance and agility throughout the process. Calculate costs involved in operations (taxes, fees, warehousing, freight) and update spreadsheets and internal controls. Request quotations for international freight, insurance, and logistics services, supporting negotiations with agents and suppliers. Control and update internal systems with operational data and performance reports. Directly interface with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, and Logistics) to align processes and plan receipts. Address non-conformities, pending items, or requirements from the Federal Revenue and other agencies, proposing corrective actions. Previous roles such as Import Specialist, Import Coordinator, Foreign Trade Analyst, or Import Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
