Monitor all pickup requests, return processes, investigate losses and damages, verify proof-of-delivery documents, track progress via spreadsheets and communication systems with drivers, and manage the client’s integrated system.**Requirements** -------------- Completed High School education; preferably with experience in logistics routines; written communication skills; logical reasoning.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1. Monitor vehicles according to schedule; 2. Monitor vehicle arrivals and departures at operations according to schedule; 3. Complete operational controls with relevant information regarding loading and pickups; 4. Conduct follow-up with drivers, clients, and Service Centers; 5. Prepare freight quotations and issue transport waybills; 6. Request Risk Management services; 7. Monitor reverse logistics and return materials; 8. Manage pickup and delivery performance; 9. Communicate effectively with drivers; 10. Use internal transport/tax system; 11. Comply with DHL Supply Chain operational procedures and respect its policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
