




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supporting investment project management—from preparing financial reports to controlling and closing projects—ensuring the organization and updating of information. Organization and updating of documents and files **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare financial reports for investment projects; Create and monitor SDCVs (Supply Demand Control Vouchers) for items and products linked or not linked to the department’s daily services, such as paper, tape measures, pencils, ink cartridges, etc.; Update project-related information and maintain communication with stakeholders; Organize physical and digital project files and departmental documents in accordance with institutional standards; Assist the Coordinator in developing plans, methodologies, and documents related to Project Management at OutbuyCenter by analyzing data and information; Monitor and control investment projects at OBC—from screening to closure—verifying whether recorded expenses align with scope and budget; Close investment projects: obtain requester validation and issue the Project Closure Certificate; Assist the Coordinator in reviewing SDCVs opened by the team for investment projects; Collect, analyze, and systematize information to update campus accessibility indicator percentages; Assist the Coordinator in preparing campus accessibility reports, including textual and photographic documentation; Keep departmental documents available on SharePoint (Extranet \- Public) up to date; Reserve vehicles for the department’s external activities; Control and purchase office supplies; Submit service requests in Qualitor (procurement, maintenance, infrastructure, and IT); Capture service requests in Qualitor and route them to the respective departmental areas; Develop construction and project dashboards; Record fiscal documents in GATI; Update the Integrated Asset Management System (SIP) with movable assets handled by the department; Perform other duties compatible with the role; Stay updated on technological trends, innovations, and departmental needs. **Requirements** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio; Strong interpersonal skills; Systemic thinking and critical judgment; Organizational ability, logical reasoning, and initiative; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
