We are looking for an analytical, organized professional with a process-oriented mindset to provide support and sustain Information Technology operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery to internal users. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 technical support (on-site, remote, and telephone). * Manage and monitor tickets via the **Movidesk** platform. * Perform administrative IT tasks: **asset inventory control**, scheduling equipment payments, and supporting procurement and contract activities. * Provide on-site support at **construction sites and sales shifts**, as needed. * Format, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals). * Handle basic **networking** tasks (Wi-Fi, connectivity, cabling, switches, and routers). * Manage user access in **Active Directory** (user creation, modification, and deletion). * Support organization of files and documents in **SharePoint**. * Provide basic support for the **Sienge** and **Mega** platforms (with ongoing training). * Perform basic configurations on **Unifi** devices. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience in **technical support and user assistance** within a corporate environment. * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer science, and administrative IT routines. * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, connectivity, Wi-Fi). * Intermediate or advanced technical English is a plus. **️IMPORTANT INFORMATION! ️** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Work Model**: Fully on-site position in Balneário Camboriú/SC. ️ **Working Hours**: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits/Facilities – CLT:** Meal Allowance – BRL 38.18 per working day (available via Pluxee Brasil card), with no payroll deduction; Transportation Voucher via Viação Praiana (optional, with 6% payroll deduction); Unimed Health Plan – APS Regional (optional), effective after 3 months of probation.
