We have immediate openings—grow with us! **Responsibilities:** * Support daily Personnel Department operations, including timekeeping control, benefit distribution, and collection and verification of documents for hiring and termination processes; * Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing documents, updating records, and providing support during onboarding sessions and exit interviews; * Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal marketing initiatives, contributing creative ideas, internal communications, and organization of events and commemorative dates; * Complete, update, and maintain HR spreadsheets and internal systems with employee information and departmental processes; * Maintain and update physical and digital employee files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current legislation; * Support employee inquiries by clarifying questions related to HR processes and redirecting requests when necessary; * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing suggestions and fostering a positive organizational climate; * Monitor and analyze all matters related to time management / BH. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proactive, organized, and committed profile.
