Management of quality, safety, and administrative processes on site **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan, monitor, and control the physical-financial schedule of the construction project, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets. Provide technical support to field teams and contractors, guaranteeing quality and safety during execution. Supervise services, material consumption, and productivity through inspections, ensuring compliance with standards and contracts. Manage quality, safety, and measurement records, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate administrative processes on site (timekeeping, budgeting, measurements, and technical reports). Maintain active communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments, leading alignment meetings. Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; postgraduate studies in related fields are desirable. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Familiarity with computer applications (Word, Advanced Excel, and AutoCAD) is desirable. Knowledge of project management and technical detailing. Willingness to travel. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
