With a **team of talented professionals driven by discipline, commitment, and determination**, we have achieved significant results and consolidated our presence in the port sector, always prioritizing efficiency and innovation. **Join our team** and help us build a story of success, growth, and transformation! **Responsibilities and duties** **Job Objective** --------------------- Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, vulcanization, and preventive and corrective maintenance of tires on TT trucks, trailers, port equipment, and operational support vehicles, ensuring operational safety, equipment availability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Also responsible for periodic inspections, wear monitoring, tire and wheel calibration, and preservation, contributing to the continuity of port terminal operations. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Assemble and disassemble tires on TT trucks, trailers, and port equipment; * Perform repairs, fixes, vulcanization, and tire recovery where applicable; * Carry out tire, wheel, and related component calibration and inspection; * Identify irregular wear, damage, and need for replacement; * Perform tire rotation according to maintenance schedule; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the fleet and equipment; * Replace tires during emergency operational response; * Operate tools, hydraulic jacks, calibrators, and activity-specific equipment; * Assist in organizing and controlling inventory of tires, wheels, and related materials; * Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace in good condition; * Record performed services in work orders and maintenance reports; * Immediately report hazardous situations, damages, or unsafe conditions; * Correctly use mandatory PPE; * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe; * Support other maintenance teams when necessary; * Comply with Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a heavy-vehicle tire technician; * Knowledge of tires for trucks, trailers, and large-scale equipment; * Knowledge of tire calibration, assembly, and disassembly; * Availability to work in a port operational environment. Desirable: * Experience in the port or logistics sector; * Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance; * NR-35 training (Work at Heights); * NR-11 training or equipment operation certification. **Additional information** **100% on-site position -** Av.
