The Quality Technician’s mission is to ensure the quality and Rogga standard of deliveries from autonomous units to customers, focusing on positively impacting the customer experience throughout their journey, as well as providing feedback to the company regarding registered defects. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor physical progress of construction sites; * Conduct inspections and re-inspections using the Check\-list (Pre\-customer); * Release units to Customer Service for scheduling customer inspections; * Conduct unit inspections together with the customer; * Control and retain keys of units inspected and approved by the customer; * Plan and monitor re-inspection repairs carried out at the construction site; * Identify and document defects found during inspections, requesting corrections from the construction team; * Monitor efficiency tests on construction systems; * Record nonconformities identified during efficiency tests; * Prepare and present Follow\-Up reports regarding the Check\-list and customer inspections; * Measure area performance indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Building Construction or Quality Management; * Experience in the Quality field; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
